This is such a good law. It's just like the one mandating that fabric shops must clearly indicate in their advertisements that they do not sell motor oil (after all, polyesters are made of petroleum), and flower shops must not run an ad that could possibly leave the impression (via silence) that you could buy an iPod there (since they come in pretty colors and some people might consider them a good gift.)
Oh, wait, there aren't any stupid laws like that....
