I want to beg someone to tell me this is a joke - but I don't think it is. Sometimes I wonder why I still love Britain and would, if I ever become fabulously wealthy, by a flat overlooking the Thames in London in a heartbeat.

I actually have a fabulous London flat already picked out in the event that I win the lottery. I love Britain and British culture, and once spent one of the happiest years of my life London.
That having been said, I don't trust much of what I read in the Telegraph. If what they report is true, it certainly sounds appalling, but I am skeptical. I would have to read the report myself in full to believe it.
